Frontline Mechanical is looking for full-time, permanent Industrial Planermen and Millwrights for work in northern BC and Alberta immediately.

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively and efficiently to maximize production and product quality. Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and cleanup.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Must be able to follow company policies and procedures, competency based training programs as taught by the senior personnel.
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the management.

• Experience needed for grinding flat and profile planer knives for green and dry products
• Ability to do knife changes and monitor sizes to maintain a quality product
• Welding, cutting and grinding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Millwright should have 1 year of experience
